Integration FAQ: What you need to know
How much does it cost to integrate Criteria with Paycor? | There may be costs associated with setting up and maintaining an integration with your Paycor account. Please reach out to your Criteria account manager for further information. To learn more about any potential costs relating to Paycor, we recommend contacting your account manager at Paycor. |
Can I trial the integration before I purchase? | Criteria customers must have an appropriate subscription before an integration can be initiated. |
Does this integration support assessment and video interviews? | It certainly does! When a testing package is triggered for a candidate, they are invited to complete the Assessment and/or Video Interview. If the package contains a Live Interview the evaluators will be emailed to conduct the interview with the candidate. |
Can I re-use my candidates' previous results for a new requisition? | Yes, if you have the "Reuse Assessment Results" function enabled in your Criteria account, you can copy your candidates' existing results to new requisitions. When this option is set, the system will automatically identify if a match is found between the candidate and any existing results for the same assessments. |
Where can I use Criteria products in my requisition workflow? | Your team will be able to send Criteria assessments directly through Paycor Recruiting in two ways: Option A – Automatic Trigger After Application You can configure assessments to be automatically presented to candidates immediately after they submit their application.
Option B – Send Assessment Links Manually Your team can also choose to send assessment links on demand:

When are the invitations sent? | The candidate will immediately receive an invitation email from Criteria to notify them to complete their testing. The email will contain the direct testing link to take them into Criteria. |

Activating the Integration
The integration with Paycor is via Tavio, Paycor's chosen assessment integrator.
To start the integration setup, contact the Paycor Recruiting Support team and request the job assessment integration (Tavio) in Recruiting.

You will need to provide your Paycor Recruiting Account ID to Criteria/Tavio to enable the integration. Tavio will then connect your Paycor environment to Criteria’s assessment platform through their established Paycor integration.
