About isolved Talent Acquisition
ApplicantPro is now fully integrated with isolved Talent Acquisition. isolved is a cloud-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed to help small and mid-sized companies streamline recruiting. It allows HR teams to manage job postings, screen applicants, and handle hiring without needing IT involvement.
How does the integration work?
Once the integration has been activated, you can invite candidates to complete assessments in a few different ways depending on your workflow:
- Manual (individual): Send the invitation to a specific candidate from within the candidate record.
- Bulk sending: Select multiple candidates to invite to the assessment package.
- Automated by job (in-line): Set the job to automatically invite candidates to the assessment package when they reach the selected trigger point.
Invitations are sent to candidates from isolved Talent Acquisition; the candidate receives an email that includes the assessment link to complete the testing.
After a candidate completes the assessment, results are returned to isolved Talent Acquisition immediately. You can then view the status and access the score report directly from the candidate record.
What can the integration do?
How much does it cost to set up an integration with isolved Talent Acquisition? Time to integrate | The estimated timeframe is 4 weeks. This may be dependent on isolved Talent Acquisition providing the necessary information to integrate. |
Can I trial the integration before I purchase? | Criteria customers must have a paid subscription before an integration can be created. |
Does the integration support assessment and video interviews? | Assessments Only. This integration does not currently support interviews. Structured interviewing will need to be managed within your Criteria account. |
Can I send multiple candidates an invitation at the same time? | Yes. From the Applicants list, filter/select you candidates, choose an assessment package in Manage Selected Applicants, and confirm Send Invites. |
Can I use multiple rounds of testing in my job? | No, this integration does not support multiple rounds of testing. Candidates will need to be added to a new job in isolved to invite them to complete additional assessments. |
Can I reuse my candidates' previous results for a new job? | Yes, if you have the Reuse Results function enabled in your Criteria account, you can copy your candidates' existing results to new jobs. When this option is set, the system will automatically identify if a match is found between the candidate and any existing results for the same assessments. |
How are the invitations sent? | Invitations are sent from isolved. The candidate receives an email invitation that includes the testing link. |
Can I send assessments in-line with application? | Yes, you can assign an assessment package to a job and set When to Give, which can be At Time of Application or At Time of Application If Met BQ. |
When can I see my candidates' results? | Immediately after the candidate completes the assessments, the results will appear in isolved. |
What information will I see for my candidates' results? | For assessments, the following values are provided:

Can I invite candidates without sending their personally identifiable information (PII) to Criteria? | When using the Inline method, PII maybe turned off as Criteria does not need to send any communications to the candidate. |
