Greenhouse is a hiring operating system (ATS), for people-first companies. Their software and structured hiring approach help customers get measurably better at hiring, so that they have the technology and support to win the war for talent.
Criteria offers two types of integrations with Greenhouse: Greenhouse Standard and Greenhouse Harvest. Customers who would like additional functionality in the integration have the option to upgrade to the Greenhouse Harvest integration with Criteria.
How does the integration work?
- Greenhouse Harvest is the standard Greenhouse integration with the added ability to display multiple Criteria test scores in the Greenhouse.
- This integration allows users to send testing and receive results in Greenhouse.
- The summary of the candidates' results and the link to the Criteria report will be displayed in the Interview Kit for all Greenhouse users to see.
- Candidates may be filtered by their Criteria Test Score (Talent Signal).
- For video interviews, an 'Evaluation in Progress' status enables users to see which candidates have a completed video interview for which no evaluation has been submitted yet.
- Configuration options available are: suppress scores, use summary report, require logon for report, external ID.
- Greenhouse does not support progressive updates to indicate when testing is in progress.
- The results cannot be updated in Greenhouse. Once the first results are received by Greenhouse, they are non-editable.
What can the integration do?
How much does it cost to set up an integration with Greenhouse? Are there any ongoing costs with the integration? | As a Standard integration, this is a complimentary service for our clients. Time to integrate | Criteria require two business days from sign-off to create the initial integration with your Greenhouse account. Additional time is needed to set up the Harvest configuration. |
Can I trial the integration before I purchase? | Criteria customers must have a paid subscription before an integration can be created. |
Does the integration support assessment and video interviews? | It certainly does! When you move your candidates to the Criteria Corp Stage in Greenhouse, click Send Test. They are then sent an invitation to complete the assessment or video interview. Once the candidate has completed, the results become available in your Greenhouse account. |
Can I send multiple candidates an invitation at the same time? | Yes, you can use Bulk Action to trigger testing for selected candidates sitting in the Criteria Corp Stage in a particular job in Greenhouse. |
Can I use multiple rounds of testing in my job? | Yes, you can set two rounds of testing by adding another Criteria Corp Stage to the Job Workflow for the Greenhouse job. |
Can I reuse my candidates' previous results for a new job? | Yes, if you have the Reuse Results function enabled in your Criteria account, you can copy your candidates' existing results to new jobs. When this option is set, the system will automatically identify if a match is found between the candidate and any existing results for the same assessments. |
How are the invitations sent? | The candidates are created in the Criteria platform immediately after being moved to the Criteria Corp Stage and testing is triggered in Greenhouse. The invitation email is sent from the Criteria platform straight away. |
Can I send assessments in-line with application? | No. Candidates need to be invited manually or in bulk by moving them to the Criteria Corp Stage in Greenhouse and triggering testing. |
When can I see my candidates' results? | The scores will appear in your Greenhouse account within 30 - 60 minutes of the candidate completing all assessments in the package. |
What information will I see for my candidates' results? | For assessments, the following values are provided: Talent Signal, Met All Score Ranges and per-test scores. For video interviews, the following values are provided: overall score and recommendations The scoring values and link to the score report are displayed in the Interview Kit. Clicking the link will open the report in a new tab. Dynamic Score Reports are also supported. Please contact your Criteria account manager to learn more. |
Can I invite candidates without sending their personally identifiable information (PII) to Criteria? | No, Criteria requires the candidate's name and email address in order to send them the invitation email. |
