How does the integration work?

The integration may be configured to trigger Criteria Assessments and/or Video Interviewing on Stage Change and/or On Application. The Criteria Job Code just needs to be added as a Tag onto the Lever Job to tell Criteria which package to issue to the candidate. Once triggered, Criteria will send an invitation via email to the candidate to complete this stage of the recruitment process. Tags will be used to keep you updated on the status of the candidate’s progress. 

When the candidate completes assessments, the results and report link will be visible in Lever. A Tag is applied to the candidate to indicate whether they met the Score Ranges, or not. When a video interview is evaluated, the overall score, recommendations and report link will be visible in Lever. 

You can also use the integration to notify Criteria of Hired candidates, for future analytical reporting.
