How does the integration work?
- The integration may be configured to trigger Criteria Assessments and/or Video Interviewing on Stage Change and/or On Application.
- The Criteria Job Code just needs to be added as a Tag onto the Lever Job to tell Criteria which package to issue to the candidate.
- Once triggered, Criteria will send an invitation via email to the candidate to complete this stage of the recruitment process.
- Tags will be used to keep you updated on the status of the candidate’s progress.
- When the candidate completes assessments, the results and report link will be visible in Lever.
- A Tag is applied to the candidate to indicate whether they met the Score Ranges, or not.
- When a video interview is evaluated, the overall score, recommendations and report link will be visible in Lever.
- You can also use the integration to notify Criteria of Hired candidates, for future analytical reporting.
What can the integration do?
How much does it cost to set up an integration with LeverHR? Are there any ongoing costs with the integration? | As a Standard integration, this is a complimentary service for our clients. Time to integrate | Criteria require two business days from sign-off to create the integration with your Lever account. |
Can I trial the integration before I purchase? | Criteria customers must have a paid subscription before an integration can be created. |
Does the integration support assessment and video interviews? | It certainly does! When your candidate completes the application or you update your candidate's status in Lever, they are sent an invitation to complete the assessment or video interview. Once the candidate has completed, the results become available in your Lever account. |
Can I send multiple candidates an invitation at the same time? | Yes, you can invite candidates in bulk by moving them all to the requisite status in Lever at the same time. |
Can I use multiple rounds of testing in my job? | Yes, you can set two rounds of testing by configuring Round 1 and Round 2 tags for the Lever job. |
Can I reuse my candidates' previous results for a new job? | Yes, if you have the Reuse Results function enabled in your Criteria account, you can copy your candidates' existing results to new jobs. When this option is set, the system will automatically identify if a match is found between the candidate and any existing results for the same assessments. |
How are the invitations sent? | Your candidates are created in your Criteria account immediately on completing their application or you changed their status (depending on which method you are using), which sends them the invitation email. |
Can I send assessments in-line with application? | Candidates can be sent the assessment using the On Application method. On Application is triggered directly after the application form is submitted, so it is not technically “inline”. Assessments and video interviewing can be sent using this method. |
When can I see my candidates' results? | The assessment scores will appear in your Lever account immediately once the candidate has completed all assessments in the package. The video interview scores will appear in your Lever account immediately once the required number of evaluations have been submitted. |
What information will I see for my candidates' results? | For assessments, the following values are provided: Talent Signal, Met All Score Ranges and main overall scores per-test. For video interviews, the following values are provided: overall score and recommendations A link to the score report is included in the notes. Dynamic Score Reports are also supported. Please contact your Criteria account manager to learn more. |
Can I invite candidates without sending their personally identifiable information (PII) to Criteria? | No, Criteria requires the candidate's name and email address in order to send them the invitation email. |
