Structured Interview Templates
Once you have added questions and messages to your Interview Content Library, you are ready to create the interview template. This contains all the questions, messages and instructions that you want to present to your candidates, interviewers or evaluators in the interview.
Video interview template
When you invite a candidate to complete an asynchronous video interview, they will be sent an invitation to complete a set of questions at a time and place of their choosing. There are three options for evaluating video interviews:
- Human Scoring: interviews are manually evaluated by your team.
- Automatic Scoring: interviews are automatically scored by Criteria's IIQ (Interview Intelligence).
- Hybrid Scoring: the interview template contains a mix of human scoring and automatically scored questions.
Live interview template
When you assign a candidate to a live interview, they will not receive an invitation email. Instead, the live interview template provides the interviewer with a list of questions to ask the candidate during a phone or face-to-face interview, as well as instructions or sign posts to guide them through the interview.
