Accessing a Shared Interview Link

When a candidate completes a video interview through the Criteria platform, a Shared Interview Link is generated. This link enables you to view the candidate's responses to the interview questions.

(If a Shared Interview Link has been provided to you, but you wish to add evaluation ratings and notes on the candidate's interview, please contact the person who sent you the link to discuss this further.)

For security, and to protect the candidate's privacy, we require anyone accessing an Interview Link to have an email address domain that has been approved by the organization's Criteria admins. We only use your email address for verification purposes, to ensure that you have permission to view the content.

You will only need to complete the verification process once per day.
If you are viewing multiple candidates' interview responses each day, you will not need to complete these verification steps for every candidate link, provided you use the same browser each time to access these.

Click on the Interview Link. You will be directed to a page asking you to enter your email address. Type this in and click Proceed.

A verification email will be sent to the email address you entered.

Type in the code and click Proceed.

You will be directed to the candidate's video interview responses.
