Humanforce Talent

Summary of how Criteria integrates with Humanforce Talent

  • Criteria Jobs are presented as Assessment templates in Humanforce Talent
  • Candidates may be invited to Criteria Assessment templates in 2 ways
    • After the application form is submitted
    • On Status change
    • also, optionally, after Indeed imports the candidate and/or when you manually assign the candidate to the job
  • Each Job may trigger up to 2 Criteria Assessment templates per candidate.
  • In the case of Assessments, once the candidate has completed their assessment, the scores and report are available to view in Humanforce Talent.
  • For Video Interviews, the Evaluator(s) are notified once the candidate has completed their video interview. An evaluator will click a link in the email, or from within the report displayed in Humanforce Talent, to access the Criteria platform and complete their evaluation and recommendations. Once the minimum number of evaluations has been reached, the Video Interview Score and Recommendation will be available in Humanforce Talent.
  • This integration offers Assessments only, Video Interview only, both Assessment(s) and Video Interview in the same Assessment template, and Live Interviewing.
Limitations of the integration
  • Managing Assessment templates in Humanforce Talent is a manual process. Allocate time to set up a new Assessment template in the integration before you want to use new testing.

Integration FAQ: What you need to know

How much does it cost to integrate Criteria with Humanforce Talent?

Depending on your Criteria subscription level, there may be costs associated with integrating your Criteria platform to Humanforce Talent.

Reach out to your Criteria Account Manager for more information.

Time to integrate

Allow for one week to create and configure the integration within your Humanforce Talent account. Some setup steps need to be performed by the Humanforce Talent Support team.

Can I trial the integration before I purchase?

Criteria customers must have an appropriate subscription before an integration can be initiated.

How do I maintain my Criteria Jobs/Packages in Humanforce Talent?

Criteria Jobs are displayed as Assessment templates (aka Packages) in Humanforce Talent.

The packages are maintained manually by Humanforce Talent Support. Criteria must submit a spreadsheet with the package details. Once the changes have been made in your Criteria account, reach out to Criteria Support for help with updating packages in Humanforce Talent.

Does this integration support assessment and video interviews?

It certainly does! When a testing package is triggered for a candidate, they are invited to complete the Assessment and/or Video Interview.

If the package contains a Live Interview the evaluators will be emailed to conduct the interview with the candidate. Once the interview has a score, the results become available in your Humanforce Talent account.

Can I send invitations in bulk to multiple candidates?

Yes, candidates may be moved to the requisite status in Humanforce Talent in bulk to trigger testing to all the selected candidates at the same time.

Can I use multiple rounds of testing in my requisition?

Yes, 2 rounds of testing may be used in this integration.

You will need to add the 2 sets of status values into your Humanforce Talent recruiting workflow to facilitate the 2 rounds of testing.

Can I re-use my candidates' previous results for a new requisition?

Yes, if you have the "Reuse Assessment Results" function enabled in your Criteria account, you can copy your candidates' existing results to new requisitions. When this option is set, the system will automatically identify if a match is found between the candidate and any existing results for the same assessments.

Where can I use Criteria products in my requisition workflow?

The Humanforce Talent Job may have 1 or 2 packages set up.

If you set "Do you want to auto invite candidates as soon as they apply?" to Yes, Package 1 is issued as soon as the candidate applies. (If they did not go via the Humanforce Talent application form, you can move the candidate into the Round 1 Invitation status to invite them.)

Otherwise, Package 1 is issued when you move the candidate into the Round 1 Invitation status in Humanforce Talent.

Package 2 is issued when you move the candidate into the Round 2 Invitation status in Humanforce Talent.

When are the invitations sent?

Candidates receive an invitation email from Criteria as soon as they're invited — either on application or on status change in Humanforce Talent. The email contains a direct link to begin their assessments.

If SMS is enabled in your Criteria account, candidates will also receive an invitation via SMS.

Note that Humanforce Talent allows candidates to opt out of SMS and email communications. An SMS opt-out will prevent Criteria from sending SMS messages. An email opt-out will prevent the invitation from being sent entirely, as an email address is required to process an invitation.

When do scores appear in Humanforce Talent?

The assessment scores will appear in your Humanforce Talent account immediately, once the candidate has completed all tests in the package.

In the case of an Interview, Humanforce Talent will show the status of the interview until the minimum number of evaluations have been submitted, then the score will be shown.

What Criteria results are displayed in Humanforce Talent?

The result data is displayed in 2 places in Humanforce Talent.

  1. The Activity feed will contain a running history of the invitation and the evaluation process and the results.

The Activity note will display

  • Package Name and date it was completed
  • Overall Score = Talent Signal
  • Met Score Ranges / Did not meet Score Ranges message
  • Link to report
  • Overall scores per-test
  • Interview Overall Score
  • Interview Recommendation
  1. The candidate list will display information in the Activity and Score columns
  • The Activity column will show the current status (Invited / Evaluating / Completed) and if assessments have been completed, the score ranges result (In Range / Out of Range). This text is a hyperlink to the Criteria report
  • The Score column will show the overall score, which by default is the Talent Signal. Hovering over this number will display the main scores from the tests that were completed by the candidate. If this main score is not present for this candidate (maybe the tests in the package do not contribute to the Talent Signal, then the hover is not available)

If you'd prefer an alternative score be displayed as the primary score field in the Score column, reach out to Criteria to discuss options.

The ability to hide scores is an available configuration option. Reach out to Criteria to discuss options.

A link to the Criteria Score Report is available. This will open the report in a new browser tab.

Score report configuration options

  • PDF or Dynamic Score Reports are supported
  • Summary report only PDF (excludes score reports, Workplace Insights Report, Work Style Report from report bundle)
  • Personality report only PDF
  • Require Criteria Platform login to access results
