About the Employee Personality Profile
Talent Insights uses Criteria’s scientifically valid Employee Personality Profile (EPP) to generate a profile of individuals and teams. It contains 140 statements that employees must rate in relation to themselves and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers on personality tests.
The EPP provides valuable insights into a person's work styles and how they are likely to interact with co-workers, management and customers. With this deep insight, individuals and teams are empowered to improve self-awareness, communication and collaboration.
My team members, have already completed the EPP assessment. Do they need to do it again?
If someone has already completed the EPP, they will have the option to link their previous EPP results. This can save time if the person has already completed the test as a candidate for a position at your company.
Do personality results change over time?
The EPP has been extensively validated and results have also been shown to be statistically reliable, meaning that the test measures traits that are generally stable across an individual’s life and, over time, you should see very little change, if any.
However, it is possible that personality traits can change a little more if someone has experienced significant life experiences or events.
