* Weekly Manager Check-ins are accessed by clicking the link in the invitation email from Coach Bo. These conversations are not private: the information provided is analysed and reported to managers and leadership.

Coach Bo is Develop's AI-powered coaching bot, available 24/7 to provide workplace guidance and support to any team member, offering tailored advice, constructive feedback and actionable strategies to help you navigate your workplace more effectively.

You can consult Coach Bo by clicking on the icon in the bottom right corner of the Develop app. These conversations with Coach Bo are confidential. Don't hesitate to ask for advice or clarification on any work-related topic!

Here are some ways Coach Bo can support you

Complete your EPP assessment if you haven't already.

Then review your Workplace Insights guide with Coach Bo.

Ask: "What are my key strengths and how can I leverage them in my current role?"

Follow up with: "What’s 1 thing I could try this week based on my personality profile to grow at work?"

If enabled, use Collaboration Guides with Coach Bo to improve teamwork.

"How can I best collaborate with [Colleague's Name] given our personality differences?"

Get specific if possible (ask about a challenge you’re facing on a specific project)

Regularly consult Coach Bo on workplace challenges or skill development.

"How can I improve my time management skills?"

"What strategies can I use to reduce work-related stress?"

Before performance reviews or 1:1s with your manager, ask Coach Bo for advice.
