How It Works

  • Schedule Regular Check-ins: Set a recurring appointment with Coach Bo on your Home page. Daily, weekly or bi-weekly check-ins are recommended. Make it a habit.
  • Prepare for Each Session: Before your check-in, take a few minutes to think about recent experiences, challenges, or successes.
  • Engage in Guided Reflection: During your session, Coach Bo will ask targeted questions to help you reflect deeply. Be honest and thorough in your responses.
  • Review Past Insights: Coach Bo compiles a Case File of your interactions. Review past chats to track your progress and identify patterns.
  • Set Action Items: End each session by setting specific, actionable goals based on your reflections.

Specific Examples

  • For Managers: "Coach Bo, help me reflect on my team's performance this week. What went well, and where can I improve my leadership?"
  • For Individual Contributors: "I'd like to review my progress on the project I discussed last week. Can you help me identify any obstacles and strategies to overcome them?"

Common Challenges and Solutions

  • Challenge: Forgetting to schedule regular sessions. Solution: Set up calendar reminders or integrate Coach Bo check-ins into your existing routines (e.g., Monday morning planning).
  • Challenge: Surface-level reflections. Solution: Use Coach Bo's probing questions to dig deeper. If you find yourself giving short answers, ask Coach Bo to help you explore the topic further. Or ask Bo to get practical and specific and give Bo enough details to help.
