  1. Reflect with Coach Bo

Use Coach Bo to dive deeper into your strengths and growth areas and develop actionable strategies.

Example Conversation with Coach Bo:

You: “Bo, my report says I’m highly conscientious. How can I use this to be more effective at work?”
Coach Bo: “Your conscientiousness means you’re detail-oriented and dependable. You could use this strength to ensure your team meets deadlines and produces high-quality work. But be mindful not to get stuck in perfectionism—sometimes ‘good enough’ is all that’s needed!”
You: “What about my growth area of assertiveness? How do I improve that?”
Coach Bo: “Start small. For example, practice speaking up in one meeting each week. You could also rehearse key points beforehand to boost your confidence. Over time, you’ll feel more comfortable asserting yourself.”

Schedule time to check in with Coach Bo once a week, month, quarter, or whenever you feel stuck. Ask Bo how your personality might be impacting your work and relationships, and get tips for improving.

Pro-tip: Schedule a recurring chat with Bo from your Home Page in Develop and Bo will email you a reminder.
  1. Have a Personality-Based Check-In with Someone Else

Use your report as a conversation starter with a manager, peer, or mentor.

Example Questions for a Check-in
“How do you see my strengths showing up in our team?”
“Are there ways I could adjust my approach to communicate better with you or others?”
“What advice do you have for using my strengths to handle challenges more effectively?”
  1. Set Personal Goals for Growth

Use the report to create one or two personality focused challenges or goals.

Examples
For Strengths: “I’ll use my high motivation to tackle one stretch project this quarter.”
For Growth Areas: “If I struggle with patience, I’ll practice staying calm during team discussions by pausing before responding.”
  1. Leverage Your Traits to Build Stronger Relationships
Use your insights to improve how you interact with others
In Teams: Are you more introverted or extroverted? How does that affect your collaboration?
As a Leader: Are you naturally task-focused or people-focused? How can you balance these priorities?
As a Teammate: Are you aware of how your strengths complement or conflict with others’ styles?
  1. Check In Regularly

Schedule time every few months to revisit your Workplace Insights Report and reflect on your progress.

Consider asking a manager, peer, or mentor for feedback on how they’ve seen you grow.
