Where to get help![]() Candidates If your candidate needs technical assistance with completing an evaluation task (application, assessment, interview, proctoring setup), advise them to access the Criteria Candidate Support Bot in the bottom right of the Candidate Assessment Center.The Support Bot is able to answer most queries that candidates have. If required, it will escalate the candidate's query to the Criteria Candidate Support Team. The Support Team will review and respond to the candidate directly.
