Criteria offers a range of assessments relating to aptitude, emotional intelligence, personality, risk and skills. You can even create your own assessments to test your candidates' skills in fields that are relevant to your industry.

Criteria offers asynchronous ("one-way") video interviewing to help you create structured interviews that are objective, fair and minimise bias. To learn more about our video interviewing tool, click here.
