Account Billing Details
Your team can make adjustments to its billing information here. Note: This page is only accessible by Admin users on the account.
Billing Contact Details: Here, you can edit the name, email, address, and phone number of the billing contact for your account. We will send invoices and payment reciepts to the individual listed on this page.
Credit Card Details: Here, you can view the last 4 digits of the credit card on file. You can also update the credit card on file here (note: this information is stored securely through Stripe).
Auto-Renewal: You can toggle on/off Auto-renewal here. If auto-renewal is enabled, your team's subscription will renew each year, and the card stored on file will be charged on the first day of the new subscription each year.
If you'd like to make a change to your team's subscription or billing information that cannot be found here please reach out to your Account Manager.
