Launch a TEAMscan for Your Organization, a Department or a Team

As an admin user for your organization's Develop by Criteria account, you can launch a TEAMscan survey for your whole organization, a department or a specific team. There are several places within Develop to launch the survey from.

Admin Console

  1. Click Admin Console in the top menu.
  2. Click the Surveys tab.
  3. Click Launch TEAMscan.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select who the survey is for: the whole organization, a department(s), or a team(s). If the survey is not for the whole organization, choose which department(s) or team(s) are to complete.
  6. Click Next.
  7. To change who is being sent the survey, click the pencil icon under You are sending this survey to. To adjust when the survey starts and how long it will be open for, click the pencil icon under Frequency.
  8. Click Launch, then click Launch again. All team members within the specified groups will be sent an invitation to complete TEAMscan.

You can also access a specific team from the Admin Console and launch the TEAMscan from the team's profile page.

  1. To go to a specific team's profile, click the Teams tab with the Admin Console.
  2. Click on the name of the team.
  3. From here, you can launch a TEAMscan for that team. Click the TEAMscan tab.
  4. Click Launch TEAMscan.
  5. Click Next.
  6. By default, the team whose profile you are in will be selected. You can add other teams by clicking on the teams field and selecting the teams from the dropdown list.
    1. If you are inviting all the teams within a department, click Select Teams and change this to Specific Department(s) instead. Alternatively. if you want to invite your whole organization, you can choose Entire Organization here.
  7. Click Next.
  8. To change who is being sent the survey, click the pencil icon under You are sending this survey to. To adjust when the survey starts and how long it will be open for, click the pencil icon under Frequency.
  9. Click Launch, then click Launch again. All team members within the specified groups will be sent an invitation to complete TEAMscan.

Home

  1. Click Home in the top menu.
  2. In the Understand Teamwork section, click Launch TEAMscan.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Select who the survey is for: the whole organization, a department(s), or a team(s). If the survey is not for the whole organization, choose which department(s) or team(s) are to complete.
  5. Click Next.
  6. To change who is being sent the survey, click the pencil icon under You are sending this survey to. To adjust when the survey starts and how long it will be open for, click the pencil icon under Frequency.
  7. Click Launch, then click Launch again. All team members within the specified groups will be sent an invitation to complete TEAMscan.
