My Criteria Subscription
How many users can I have in Criteria?
You can have as many users as you need for your hiring process. However, because you may want to limit the number of people who have access to test results, we recommend discretion when adding new users to the software. Learn how to set up a new user.
How many tests can I administer?
If you are in a free trial, you can administer up to 20 tests internally – for you or your staff. You may not test candidates during the free trial. If you have a current live subscription, you can test as many candidates as you'd like to within the scope of the subscription. For example, if your team signed up to use the subscription for your Customer Support department, you can use the assessments as much as you'd like to for roles in that department. If your team then decides to start using the platform in your Sales department, or another location, you will need to connect with your Customer Success Manager to discuss expanding the scope of the subscription.
