Launch a TEAMscan for Your Team or Department
As a team leader, you can launch a TEAMscan survey for your team. If you are a department leader, you can launch a TEAMscan for your department or for specific teams within your department.
Launching a TEAMscan
- The TEAMscan can be launched from a few different places.
- From the Home page:
- On your Home page, click Launch the TEAMscan survey in the Shortcuts section.
- Alternatively, click Quick Actions to the right, then click Launch TEAMscan from the popout menu.
- From the Team or Department Profile:
- Click Profiles in the top menu. From the dropdown list, select the team or department that will be completing the survey.
- Go to the TEAMscan tab. Click Launch TEAMscan.
- Click Next.
- Select who the survey is for.
- If you are a department leader, select your department or specific teams within your department.
- If you are a team leader, your team will be selected by default.
- Invitation emails will automatically be sent to all employees within the department or team/s selected. Toggle Send invitation email to complete TEAMscan? off if you do not want any emails to be sent.
- Click Next.
- To change who is being sent the survey, click the pencil icon under You are sending this survey to. To adjust when the survey starts and how long it will be open for, click the pencil icon under Frequency.
- Click Launch, then click Launch again. All team members within the specified groups will be sent an invitation to complete TEAMscan, if this has been selected at point 4.
Remind team members to complete TEAMscan
To send your team members a reminder email regarding the TEAMscan, open the department or team profile.
Go to the Team Settings tab, then go to the Surveys tab.
Click the ... to the right of the current TEAMscan. Select Remind members from the popup menu.
Click Send Reminder.
A reminder email will be sent to any team members who have not yet completed the survey.
Extend survey period
If your team members were not able to complete the TEAMscan within the time frame you originally set, the survey period can be extended.
This can only be updated by your Develop admin user. When you send them your request, include the name of the department or team/s that were invited and the current end date. This will help them locate the survey easily.
Your Develop admin can select a specific date and time for the survey to be completed by. They can also send reminder emails to any team members who have not yet completed the survey.
