Export List of Candidates

Want to quickly generate a list of candidates by job or stage?
Select candidates by checking the boxes next to their names, click on the Bulk Action button, and select Export List. A CSV file will download.
- This file will include the date applied, candidate name, candidate email, job applied for, pipeline stage, source, and rating if available.
- If the candidate has completed an application form, their responses to the application questions will be included in this report.
- Note: the Export List report does not include any assessment or structured interview results. If your candidates have also completed assessments or video interview, you can run a report that includes this information as well. Click here to learn how.
