Coach Bo automatically knows your Organization Guide and applies this information in all chats it has with your team members. This includes your company values, mission and founding story, if you added these to your Organization Guide.

Add further information using the Key Resource option. For example, your organization's ethos is to assume that all employees have positive intent and want their colleagues and the organization to succeed.
