Changing a Employee's Access Role

Talent Insights is only available to customers on a Professional or Enterprise subscription plan. If you’d like more information, please contact your Customer Success Manager and we’ll organise a demo for you.

If you have enabled all users to create teams, then users who create a team are given People Manager access for the teams they created. 

Admin users can also change a user's access role from "user" to "admin" (and vice versa).

In your Admin Console, go to the Users tab. Click ... to the right of the user and select "Edit User Profile".

Select "Admin" from the dropdown list under Access Role and click "Save".

When that employee logs back in they will see the Admin Console in their top menu.

If you are the only Admin user for your organization's Talent Insights account, do not change your own access role to User. This will lock your organization out of your Admin Console and you will need to contact our Support team to have this updated. You will need to change at least one employee to an Admin before updating your own access role to User.
