Changing a Employee's Access Role
If you have enabled all users to create teams, then users who create a team are given People Manager access for the teams they created.
Admin users can also change a user's access role from "user" to "admin" (and vice versa).
In your Admin Console, go to the Users tab. Click ... to the right of the user and select "Edit User Profile".
Select "Admin" from the dropdown list under Access Role and click "Save".
When that employee logs back in they will see the Admin Console in their top menu.
