Benchmarking process: Evaluating Criteria as potential provider
Hi team,
We are currently considering a new assessment provider to enhance our talent acquisition process, and your participation will be invaluable in helping us to determine our next steps.
Criteria Corp is an industry-leading provider of scientifically developed and validated pre-hire assessments, and we’ll shortly embark on a benchmarking process with them. This means that you will soon be invited to complete some Criteria assessments, so that we can establish some scoring benchmarks that may be used for future job applicants.
Because the goal of this process is to determine a set of appropriate score ranges for Criteria assessments, all test results will be analyzed by Criteria in aggregate and anonymously. This means your individual test results will not be linked to you in any way. Similarly, this exercise has no impact whatsoever on your job status or performance evaluations.
You’ll soon receive an email from Criteria Corp inviting you to complete <X> assessments. Please ensure you allocate the appropriate amount of time to complete them, and that you do so by the expiration date noted in the email.
We’d like to thank you in advance for your valuable support in helping us to improve our hiring processes. If you have any questions, please check the FAQs or speak with <name of appropriate person>.
